Congratulations to senior business communication major and women’s lacrosse captain Lauren Zegowitz, who was named Capital Athletic Conference Player of the Week on Monday, March 1. This was Lauren’s second career weekly honor during her lacrosse career at SU. She was awarded the honor after leading the Mustangs in victories over York (Pa.) and Ursinus College, totaling 10 points and seven goals in those games. On Wednesday, March 3, womenslacrosse.com named Lauren the Division III Offensive Player of the Week. She is pictured here (#15) in the team’s most recent victory against Wesley College.
